Winter Park

Winter Park, located just north of down town Orlando is a wonderful city with a small town feel. It is one of the most desirable areas to live, rich in culture and famous for the town center on Park Avenue. Schools are among the best and homes are at a premium. The heart of Winter Park is Park Avenue stretches 10 blocks and boasts 100 shops from national retails, to unique boutiques, and an assortment of restaurants. One of the European aspects of the town is gorgeous Central Park with Amtrak train station running through the center. Its 8 square miles is famous for its bricked streets, towering oaks, vibrant lakes, abundant parks, art museums galleries and festivals. Downtown Winter Park is the primo address in the region, and the growth continues with newly built luxury condominiums and more retail shops in the downtown area of Winter Park.
